With a horn in one bed

Night is for sleeping – as long as no one is bothering us. Decibels from the street, noises from playing neighbors are nothing compared to the snoring of your partner in bed.

Yesterday I told my husband that if he didn’t do something about the snoring, I would get out of the shared bed. And guess what? It worked. First, he muttered something under his breath, then he sat down in front of the computer and started looking for a golden mean on the Internet that would heal him from this ailment and – most importantly – keep me in a bed together. In the evening, I made a home meeting. Here are the results and the proposed solution. If your husband is also affected by snoring, be sure to talk to him and make a joint decision about treatment or the need for a medical consultation.

During the day you walk tired, you are often irritable, you complain of headaches, you have trouble concentrating. You are afraid that these are symptoms of a serious illness. Or maybe you just don’t get enough sleep? You roll from side to side, suppressing the urge to shake your husband and stop his terrible snoring. Don’t count on him to understand you. A person who snores usually has no idea about the problem because … of course he cannot hear it. Night is for sleeping – as long as no one is bothering us. Decibels from the street, noises from playing neighbors are nothing compared to the snoring of your partner in bed.
