Meets on the third Wednesday of the month, from 1.30-3.30pm at the Clinic, Dyffryn Road, Caerau.

Directions: The clinic is situated between the Tudor Estate and the Navigation Pub. There is a small car park up a steep entranceway by the side of the clinic (blue gates) with level access from here.
