Happy 5th Birthday BE Watford!

In the photo opposite, Breathe Easy Watford can be seen celebrating our 5th Birthday, including our special guest, a singing teacher.

She did a number of breathing exercises with the group, which she knew through having had asthma herself and sang songs to help people with breathing difficulties.

All in all it was a lovely day with nice people, lots of time to chat and lots of food (especially cake).
