Generous donations

BE Medway donates spirometer

In May the group made much appreciated donations to both the British Lung Foundation and their local respiratory team. Firstly, the group presented a micro-loop spirometer to the respiratory team with money raised by the group itself and from donations made by their local councillors. They then presented Dominic, Development Officer from the British Lung Foundation, with a cheque for £500 for the charity. Well done to Breathe Easy Medway for all your hard work in fundraising!

Crafty fundraising

Medway Craft Stall

Members of Breathe Easy Medway put their knitting skills to good use and held a craft stall in the Medway Maritime Hospital to raise funds for their group and awareness of the British Lung Foundation. By the end of the day the group had raised over £400 from their raffle and sales. Well done to all involved.

Group Donate Spirometer for Community Benefit

On 2 March, Breathe Easy Medway and Mr Owen Stevens donated a microloop spirometer to the Medway Respiratory team. The group had raised £500 towards the cost of the spirometer and these funds were combined with a one off donation of £700 from Mr Stevens.
