Maidstone Keep Active

Maidstone and District welcomed BLF Active instructor Nikki Chawner to their second meeting. Nikki talked through the benefits of exercise as well as addressing some of the barriers that may prevent people from exercising. Pictured is the group going through some basic chair based exercises with Nikki.

Info Day Success

Maidstone and District held a successful info day on the 20th September, which was attended by over 30 people from around the region. The group heard about the BLF and Breathe Easy and suggested ideas for what they would like to hear as a speaker. We were also joined about DMC healthcare who discussed with people how they could get onto their pulmonary rehab course.
