Raising Awareness of COPD
Breathe Easy Islington and Haringey, in partnership with our local respiratory team, held an awareness stand in November to mark World COPD Day (COPD stands for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and there are an estimate 3.7 million people in the UK with the disease, but few have ever heard of it).

Fun at Hampstead Festival!

Members of BE Islington & Haringey had an excellent day on our stand at Hampstead Festival in June. The weather was lovely and we had a game for the children which they all loved (as did the parents!) We were also joined by the ‘Pearly King and Queen’ of Hampstead.
