Driven forward by an enthusiastic committee, with the help and support Whittington Health and the British Lung Foundation, the group has come on in leaps and bounds since they started meeting, late last year. They have started a maintenance exercise class, which gets referrals from pulmonary rehab and made links with the COPD choir in Kentish Town.

They are also a very social group and held their first annual Christmas lunch at the Three Compasses in Hornsey, which was a very festive event and enjoyed by all. Later in the year they plan to have a midsummer party at St Paul’s church, Haringey.
