World COPD Day
On 16th November, Breathe Easy Cambridge held an awareness stand to mark World COPD Day at the Grafton Centre in Cambridge town centre. They were joined by CAMQUIT, the Cambridgeshire stop smoking service, as well as the team from Addenbrooke's Hospital who carried out lung function testing. The group spoke to around 85 people throughout the day and many had their lung function tested. A big thank you to everyone who volunteered on the stand and made it such a successful day. Breathe Easy boat trip
Breathe Easy Cambridge members enjoyed a boat trip from Huntingdon in June, complete with a roast dinner on board! Everyone had a really good time and enjoyed the spectacular scenery. They are already looking forward to the next trip!
Breathe Easy Week
Breathe Easy Cambridge held an awareness stand at a health fair on Saturday 18th June, to mark Breathe Easy Week. The group were joined by the local respiratory team who carried out lung function tests on members of the public. 
The group raised awareness of Sleep Apnoea and made a lot of valuable contacts in the local area. Jean was also approached by a lady whose Grandfather had started Breathe Easy Cambridge back in 1992 and was really pleased to discover the group was still going and doing so well!

Successful Spring Fayre Table Top Sale!
Breathe Easy Cambridge held a table top sale at the local Spring Fayre in May. They raised a fantastic £345.30 which is a new record for the group! Well done Breathe Easy Cambridge.
