Directions:

Take the B4312 from Carmarthen. Drive 4 miles to LLANGAIN (Smyrna crossroads); turn left and drive up the hill past Pantydderwen and Coedmor Avenue. The Memorial Hall is opposite Llangain Primary School.

Meetings

14 May - 'Get Together' with other local Breathe Easy groups. This will be in the Calsonic Kansei Sports & Social Club Llanelli 2 - 4pm
