The group get together each month to support each other, hear talks from speakers of interesting topics and Health Care Professionals.

Exercise Group

Meet at the same venue as above on the second Thursday of the Month 1:30 - 3:00. The exercise class is lead by a qualified physio and all exercises are specifically tailored for people with respiratory conditions.
