Breathe Easy Durham & Derwentside who meet in the village of Lanchester, Co Durham held an awareness event at the Lanchester Community Centre on 2 July. The team of helpers raised £95 while giving out information to the public.

Breathe Easy Durahm & Derwentside held an Awareness and fundraising stand at Shotley Bridge Hospital where a steady flow of people stopped to buy items from the ‘Table Top’ sale in the reception area helping to raise £155 throughout the day. The hospital staff were very co-operative and extremely helpful and the group gave out lots of information to the visiting public.
