Cannock Chase

The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month, from 6.30 - 8.30pm

Breathe Easy Cannock Chase is a support group for people affected by lung World COPD Dayconditions including their friends, family and carers. Find out more about Breathe Easy.

Where?

St Luke’s Church and Community Centre, Church Street, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 1DE.
St Luke’s Church and Community Centre is at the side of St Luke’s Church. To gain assess to the car park, from the roundabout enter the one way street for Cannock town centre and turn immediately left (opposite The Prince of Wales Centre). The barrier will be up in the evening but if it is down it will open as you approach it; exit tokens are available from inside the Centre.
