Come and keep fit with Breathe Easy Nottingham West!
Breathe Easy Nottingham West has launched a new exercise class, which takes place at the Plumptree Hall, Church Street, Eastwood. The classes are run by Lynne Davey who is fully trained inrespiratory and cardiac rehabilitation and works with specially designed exercises for people with heart and respiratory problems, helping you to exercise safely. Group celebrates 3rd Birthday
In January 2012, Breathe Easy Nottingham West celebrated the group's 3rd birthday.
Since their launch in 2009, the group has grown and now runs an exercise class, alongside monthly meetings where members can learn more about living with lung disease.

Meeting with MP
On Friday 18 November, members of Breathe Easy Nottingham West met with MP for Mansfield, Gloria del Piero. They spoke to Gloria about the support that Breathe Easy offers lcolaly and the 
British Lung Foundation's campaign to ban smoking in cars with children present. Gloria is pictured with chair Garry, and group member, Fred.
Spirometer Donation

Breathe Easy Week
Members of BE Nottingham West organised a collection and awareness stand at Morrisons, in Eastwood, to celebrate Breathe easy Week.
Visit from local MP

Mayor's Charity of the Year Award
Breathe Easy Nottingham West was recently made Mayor of Broxtowe's joint charity of the year. On 8th September the mayor, John Longdon, presented the group with a cheque for £1,900.
