Breathe Easy Derry is the local lung support group in North West area of NI. This group offers support, help and advice to all individuals including family, friends and carers across the City of Derry who suffer from a lung condition.

More about the group

This group was set up in 2008 to meet an identified need for the people in the City of Derry who live with lung disease. A vibrant group which has gone from strength to strength with increasing membership.

Breathe Easy Derry have a comprehensive and varied programme to meet the needs of those living with lung disease. Speakers at monthly meetings cover both medical and social topics. Guest speakers from Western Health and Social Care Trust, local pharmacists. This group is supported and motivated by the staff of the Old Library Trust, Healthy Living Centre in many of their activities.

Joining this group can provide you, a family member or carer with information to help improve your understanding of your lung condition,

Breathe Easy Derry provides mutual support by sharing experiences with people in similar circumstances.
