Whatever your age, your fitness levels or running ability, signing up to take part in this years Adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is a great incentive to keep fit and feel healthier.
The Adidas Women’s 5K is a fun run….or walk…for women. It takes place in London’s Hyde Park, Birmingham City Centre and SeftonPark Liverpool on Sunday 7th September 2008.
Everyone who is part of the British Lung Foundation team gets a running t-shirt and sponsorship form.To join us please get in touch and I will then send you an entry form when entry’s open.
